For orders to be paid by money order, if the payment is not received within 3 working days, the order will be cancelled.

Returns:

You can return the product you have purchased in turkey within 3 (three) days from the invoice date without opening/breaking the original packaging and without using the product as you received it.

You must notify it in writing. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.

Returns cannot be accepted for products whose packaging is damaged and cannot be purchased again by another customer.

Our customers are obliged to return the products as they were delivered to them and, in the case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

For defective/defective products that cannot be noticed at the time of delivery, detected during use and directly caused by production, you must also submit your return request in writing within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery. Evaluation is made separately for defective products, and if your justification is accepted, the products are returned and sent to the manufacturer. In this case, the product can be exchanged or the payment refunded, according to the request of our customers.

In the event that our customers return their products or withdraw from their purchases, the product price is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment the returned products arrive to us in full and with the invoice. For refunds to be made to the credit card, our company makes the relevant application on the same day. (Our company does not have any savings in the refund process to be made by your bank to your credit card. Refunds are usually made between 2-6 weeks.)
